Hospitals follows hip-hop's cardinal rule of "keeping it real" and myself being observational 24 year old I find we've discovered a charismatic blend of social commentary and word-smithery.. an atmosphere similar to that of early folk music.. and while some music enthusiasts might discredit the art-form, hip hop is the new, the old, the honest and sincere..
