The Nickel (6:55) The paranormal concept of psychometry--where relevant associations from an object of unknown history can be discovered by making physical contact with it--is explored in this film when an inquisitive child discovers a nickel with an unfamiliar face. Bio: The Nickel was shot on location in Grimsby, Dunnville and Fort Erie with a cast and crew predominantly from the Niagara Region. Director Bill Reilly is a resident of St. Catharines, while writer Steve Passmore is a resident in Grimsby. Smalltown Pictures is based out of the Niagara Region.
