The Regards - were formed in St. Catharines in 2002 out of the ashes of the Brock Theatre Arts Undergraduate program where four of it's members met and connected in an effort to bring well-crafted, diverse and honest music to the masses.

As a band they have released two EPs and one full-length recording, Light From a Ghost (2007). Selections from the band's discography have seen significant airplay on college radio and the CBC radio show 'Bandwith.' The Regards have charted on CFBU (Brock Radio), cracking the top ten on several occasions. The Regards continue to promote and perform songs from 'Light From A Ghost' while working on new material.
