"Reflective, intricate, and highly artistic" are words that describe Waterbodies, an alternative rock outfit formed in 2008. Their first album, Sleep Like Submarines, was an experience in experimentation, from recording guitar tracks in the bathroom, and manipulating vocals through guitar pedals. This album was released online as a free download, and was supported by a number of shows across Ontario, and featured noteable press in a number of publications from papers to online blogs. Most recently the band released their sophomore record, Floresta, a five song masterpiece which captures the emotion and intensity of the band and have recently re-entered the studio to start work on their first full length.
